Returns & Refunds

Because our T-shirts are printed on demand and made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection.

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at franla.official@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We'll review the issue and, when applicable, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

You do not need to return a damaged or defective item unless we specifically ask you to do so.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are unable to guarantee replacement or refund for orders that cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for size or color. Since every item is printed on demand, we cannot restock returned garments.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
